March 2026 marked a special milestone for our DB Real Estate Group family as we celebrated our 6th Annual Mister Softee Event. What started as a simple idea to bring our community together has become a tradition that a lot of local families now plan around. Seeing hundreds of familiar faces from Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, and surrounding neighborhoods reminded me why we do this every year.

Kids choosing their ice cream, parents catching up with neighbors they hadn't seen in months, new families getting their first real look at the area: those moments are the part of this business I like best. A house becomes a home because of the people around it.
